Peshawar Zalmi, Karachi Kings face off for a place in PSL final March 21, 2018

A wet outfield at the Gaddafi Stadium delayed the start of the second eliminator between Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings on Wednesday.

Peshawar Zalmi beat Quetta Gladiators in a last-ball thriller last night, cementing their place in the second eliminator of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2018 against Karachi Kings.
Today's winner will book a place against Islamabad United in the final, to be played in Karachi on March 25.
Peshawar go into today’s match with skipper Darren Sammy still trying to recover from a leg injury, and will be without opener Tamim Iqbal, who is also battling a knee injury.
Karachi are without star all-rounder Shahid Afridi who is out due to a knee injury. The team will also not have the services of recovering skipper Imad Wasim, and will be led by Mohammad Amir.
The two teams played each other twice during the group stages of the tournament, with Karachi Kings winning the first match by five wickets and Peshawar Zalmi winning the second by 44 runs.
